OakAngel is a real estate developer in the truest sense of the word. We own no construction equipment and we do not employ construction workers. There will be no engineers, architects or designers on its staff.
However, OakAngel purchases land and by extension maintains a long term strategy of holding land banks to create a very strong residential real estate development project pipelines and will utilize the resources of others professional partners on all its development on a variable cost basis to turn the lands into an assets and into profits.
Our aim is to be a leader in real estate assets investment, development and related services, powered by an entrepreneurial spirit. We want the most ambitious investors, clients and joint venture partners to work with us. It’s as simple as that. We conceptualize, invest, develop, variety of assets including industrial, commercial, retail, residential and hotel real estate.
Prior to setting up OakAngel, the Team have all held top positions in Corporate Finance, Real Estate Development, Investment Advisory & Asset Management.
